Vacation is great. I spent the whole week from the 24th through the 30th sitting around the house, watching my wife educate our progeny, reading, sleeping and doing all other sorts of nothing. I had big plans, paint the house, paint the kitchen, day trips with the kids and others, but ended up doing little other than resting a lot. Not that I didn't need rest, the Steve-mobile had pretty much run out of gas of late. The net result is that I feel somewhat rested and at least functional again. As a matter of fact, it was so good I'm going to do it again next week!
Nice to have vacation left over.

Over the next week I think I'll paint the fence, paint the kitchen and take some day trips, but I might read and sleep.

Oh Yeah, Laura and I have been accepted to the assessment center. We go from Oct 23-26.
